Hovering just over 227 pounds now. Definitely heading in the right direction at a reasonably slow pace, without actually dieting.
I did make a chef salad last night for supper, though, which is unusual. I don't know exactly why, but making salads is one of my least favourite foodie activities. (I have no problem eating 'em once they're made, though.)

So since I've been losing lean mass quite a bit, which has been slowing my progress with my body composition, I've decided that once I'm at 200 pounds I'm going to bump my calories up to maintenance level- 2,200 calories. Hopefully I can regain a few pounds of lean mass before I restrict my calories again, while gaining minimal fat. That's my plan anyway.
I'll see what happens.

March 1st 329.4 lbs
(Did some shit in Mexico)
March 12th 325.4 lb
What? Lost four pounds on 11 days of vacation?
I think what it was - I didn't have much of an appetite and I drank relatively little alcohol or sugar drinks.

I lost weight in Hawaii so I know it can be done. You are obviously serious about it and dedicated. Losing is winning. Feels good. Feels like personal power, and you have it, Cathooloo.

I have a lot of will power when I need it. I quit a bad cocaine habit - twice, and smoking. Haven't done the former in three and the latter in 2.5.
I can do this
