Thanks! I really don't have to lose a lot, but it's stubborn, and I'm too busy to meal prep. This just takes the thinking out of it. I hope the food tastes good.

Hope the meals help, Shell.  I can't even imagine losing weight when I was teaching.

Thanks. They should be here in short order, and I'll be able to see if I'll be eating cardboard for a few weeks.

I lost another pound last week. I notice that the XL shirts I've been wearing seem loose now. With size L I'm small enough in the stomach but I might seem a little too confident wearing that size unless I tape some things down lol.

I've ordered size 35 pants which I think I can fit into. Strange that I'm 1 inch away from being an average American male (probably) yet my Bodyfat % is not very close to the 25% which is considered normal. Well its a few % off. Hopefully when I reach my goal of size 32 pants I'll be there. I guess the lower it is the less pounds you have to lose to lower it (%wise)

I'm currently at a size 32 waist for pants, but I still feel a bit fat. I guess I just need to tighten my stomach.

Good for you! I think that's a small even in UK sizes. Everybody sees things a little differently. I'd be aiming for %15 bodyfat if I thought I could do it. Maybe someday lol.

Day 1: Food is okay. Not great, but this is the week that I didn't get to choose the food. It's like a kickstart for my body. Let's see how it goes.

Day 2: Food is still just okay. It's supplemented by such horrific snacks as "a cup of grape tomatoes" or "a cup of cucumber." What kind of fucking psychopath eats plain raw vegetables as if she were a wild rabbit? My palate rebels. However, if I space everything out correctly, I'm only vaguely, if constantly, hungry. For now, they only have me on a little more than 1,000 calories a day, so it's not as if I have some ravenous appetite. I'm just in starvation mode.

I got all of the frozen foods for the rest of the month in today. The good news is that the rest of the plan looks a lot more reasonable. Moreover, I can start supplementing the program's meals with things like "one slice of whole grain bread" or "2 oz. of salmon" starting next week.

The portions are tiny, but I never have to go hungry. I'm "allowed" to eat as many plain and shitty vegetables as I want. Big Grin

That is actually a damn good snack!
When I was a kid, I'd have a whole cucumber, chopped up, just for me! Big Grin

Alright, I'll give you that. I love cucumber with a little salt. I even like a bit of tomato with a little salt. However, I failed to mention that it's not just a quick snack every now and then. I have to eat this shit four times a day. There are other veggies I can throw in, but they're only the carb-free ones, so it's slim pickings. Thankfully, tomato sauce is on the menu. I'm going to be eating a lot of it.
