Sorry Shell. It is a huge loss I know. But well worth it for a good dog. I usually advise getting another A.S.A.P. but in this case I guess it is your sibling that needs to get it. Apparently they have good taste in dogs.

So... 3 weeks ago, I bought a scale to see how my weight was doing.
I thought I was somewhere between 70 and 75kg, but it turns out I was more in the order of 77kg.
Since then, I've cut my side dish over dinner and have been generally eating less, due to... Reasons.
I am now somewhere between 73 and 74 and I think it will keep lowering for a bit.
Honestly, I don't see any difference on the mirror, but I'll keep it up.
When I was in my 20s, I was around 65kg, so it should be possible to get close to that again.
My daily commute is still mainly on the bicycle, and that's still going strong with me using it's highest gear for most of the 6.5 km of the trip, each way.
So...yay!

Hey, good for you! Sometimes, all it takes is getting rid of the side or removing a carb with a veg to get over a hump.

O boy do I ever lift heavy now compared to before... but I gained some fat percentage at 14% fat. I got to bring back down back to 8-9% for abs.
