RE: AF Biggest Loser/Fitness Challenge-May 3 to Whenever We're Not Fat Anymore

Weight-loss can about stop now, wouldn't mind Some more muscle, but if this keeps going for too long, i might need to Add more calorie stop my diet.

Sorry, kind of opposite of what this thread is about, but kind of worried as i Should find a point to stabilise.

255.0 today, down 23 since 1/7.

I'm introducing a limited selection of solid proteins - chicken and crab. Eggs too. I've tolerated everything so far but can only eat a very tiny amount, maybe an ounce at a time.

I'm expecting a stall any time now - it will be my liver returning to it's normal weight after the dietary changes. Though it may not, it's usually a result of adding carbs to the diet. I'm not getting enough protein to add any carbs.

I had a heart stress test this week, to square away some concerns about chest pains associated with moderate exertion. And I got my membership at the gym started. It's likely to be a few days before I get the results back from my doctor, but assuming it's all good, I'll soon be starting regular exercise classes at the YWCA.

New to the thread, Cathooloo's wife.
Had RNY surgery 5/21. Started at 237 and 5'1" down to 151 today. My goal is 130. 21 pounds to go. I stalled for months at 160 so I'm happy to be on the move again.

Not the opposite. We're all about health and health goals. Don't let the title fool you.

Hi, Kitty! You've made some serious progress! I'm happy you're both on your way to a healthier life. That's the good stuff.

252.2 today, at about the 2/3 mark to goal.

I had to get rid of about half my wardrobe in the last week, and most of what's left will be gone in a month except for some T-shirts. This is not a bad problem to have

I can eat about 3 oz of solid food at a time now, which is pretty close to where they want me. Without getting graphic, the sensation of even a slightly overfull stomach is quite unpleasant, but it is an effective learning aid to not over eat.

My best friend bought thrift store clothes and clearance rack shit until she hit her goal weight. She was just going through it too fast.

That's a pretty encouraging problem to have, though!

I cleverly kept all my old clothes from before  and during getting fat.  However, I have another problem-- as I get thinner, my fashion is getting more and more retro.  If I get back to my high school weight, I'm gonna be wearing ripped jeans and a Metallica t-shirt! Big Grin
