Though i'm closer to mid thirties. I was getting the impression that many thought money is freely given to me. And that i'm some young, rich guy, who hasn't really worked for money. Nooooo. In my early twenties, i was young, confused, very insecure, and broke. Trying hard to fit in. Awe, I apologize if I gave you that impression. That wasn't my intent. I didn't think that you had money given to you. I was just remarking in general, on how wonderful it was for you to have these opportunities at such a young age. Most people wait until retirement to travel, because of time constraints, kids, etc. The fact that you are able to do so now, even in your 30's, is a wonderful thing. My sister has been to Europe twice - once in her 30's and again in her 40's. She never had any kids and makes over $100,000 a year keeping the servers up and running for a major cell phone company. Her expenses are low, due to not having to raise kids so she has money to burn. You've never said whether or not you have children. I just assumed that you didn't because we never hear you mention them or see them in pictures. I've never been out of the country except to Canada, when I was 30 and that was just for a weekend excursion. I have three kids at home and am always damn near broke. Traveling abroad is a pipe dream for me at this point in my life. Again, I apologize if it seemed like I was judging you. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
Its cool, i wouldn't see it as anything to be offended about.
I don't have kids nor am i in any type of relationship. I don't even have a car or own a home. I'd rather rent. So my expenses are pretty low. Outside basic necessities, i pretty much just spend on training and traveling. Night night. Then I made xeroxes of the original image and glued them onto the oak. Three images were needed to get the separate layers. Then I cut away what I didn't want. I don't do this any more, at least right now. I've had five operations on my right eye with at least one more to go and I have to avoid dusty environments. There are books on Amazon that show you how to do this, with patterns. Local hobbists often show off their work at craft fairs, you might find one that would a commission for you. |
