I was in the seventh grade when Rise and Fall of the Third Reich came out in paperback.  I carried it around, wading through that tome with utter determination and a big dictionary.  Arrgghh And, being in a small town in Indiana I got shit for carrying a book with a swastika on the cover. I actually got called to the principal's office at school about it. I asked that the history teacher be present and they dropped it.  Doh
