Yeah  to bad Trump believing he is an actual  president( a good and effective leader) (which fits the definition of a delusion  ) .Is in no way comparable to transgender. I don't understand the bit about the President of the United States being afraid to talk to people who don't like him. Not to get pedantic or anything, but I think the technical term for this psychological maladjustment is 'he's a pussy'.
