And Judaism cribbed off of Zoroastrianism and before that from the Canaanite pantheon.  Throw in some Hellenistic philosophy and some Roman desire for order and you get jesusism.

It's all a crock.

I found it like asking us "whose shit smells nicer".

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.

Well, unless the person in question has never wronged anyone else, has never been a burden in any way to anyone either physically or emotionally, and has managed to make a major contribution to the advancement of humanity, then their shits stinks too. Big Grin

Either way, you're still sick.

I thought Islam and Judaism were just being compared and contrasted in this thread. Why does one have to be "better" than the other? Why can't it just be that people choose the lifestyle that suits them best?

If I'm not hurting myself or anyone else, why should my lifestyle require anyone else's approval?

Well said, Aliza.

But this is how the world is created.

The instructions that are embedded in all living things let most people think as if they were the centre of the universe, and whatever suits their nature best has to be good too to all other humans.

I mean any sign of selfishness is just a natural behaviour of a person who is born of a human living flesh only. The latter has no choice but believing in his Absolute which, he believes, should be applied on all others. Obviously, whoever rejects his Absolute has to be ill at best, from his view angle.
Answering: What is my point?
