Any word on motive? Mental health, drug use, religious fundamentalism?

I will wager its good old fashioned "I can't ever get a job again!" desperation for a long shot and place a conservative wager on it being related to workplace harassment (as in he was fired for harassing people).

It's not as if we have a safety net to back you up when shit goes up. But we do have ease of access to guns, which have an odd habit of attracting those in a murderous mood.

Some sort of religious based harassment, though, or just plain old sexual harassment, I wonder? But it's not like he couldn't have just moved to another country with looser standards. I think a lot of places would be desperate for doctors and be willing to put up with quite a lot of shit and put them in a position of privilege despite having little to give.
