Some other random good ones.
And I forget the other one, so we'll go with:
"For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
Just a couple of the best, off the top of my head.
Yeaaaahh.....Sheila E.! Lol...I thought of her as one of the COOLEST chicks on Earth, back in the 80's. "China Girl" "Centerfold" Almost anything by The Police, Prince (and the Revolution), Duran Duran. Some of the worst offenders that come to mind: "Safety Dance". God, how I loathe that song. "Can't Fight This Feeling Anymore" "We Built this City" Anything by Lionel Ritchie.
Not generally a fan of Lionel Ritchie, but I really like "All Night Long".
Bad? Someone in the office has a ring tone of "Don't Worry, Be Happy!" Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
One I like a lot;
This one (and a plethora of others that had a similar kind of sound) is fucking crap; I do love me some 80s Madonna as well
"Adulthood is like looking both ways before you cross the road, and then getting hit by an airplane" - sarcasm_only
"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie RE: 80's song thread/best and worst

Almost everything by Joan. Taste!
And I like this one more for the vid than anything else.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
When I first moved to Florida in my mid-teens, I was still hardcore into the David Lanz, Ray Lynch and David Sanborn, but I was starting to mature (sounds ironic) into more pop and rock. These were the very first three that kind of stuck with me. Still not the top hits of 1991, but arguably not embarrassing, either.
"For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan
Pretty much the rest of this album also.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
