Look at it like this: If you don't believe I have exactly 1.54 American dollars in my pocket (because you don't know what's in my pocket), does that necessarily mean that you believe I don't have 1.54 American dollars in my pocket? Because I could, Y'know; so why would you believe I don't?

It's not like I think that is imposible to not know if something is true or false . I was debating that if you didn't believe something you can't pursue it but blind to the fact that was the case too if you believed. I guess I wanted to much to vin the argument this time

Nope,

I don't care if you are theist or atheist, dumb or smart.

I certainly don't think I want to be immoral.

I want to increase wellbeing, act in accordance with what's best for all inhabitants of the planet and try to do right, even though I may make mistakes or be in error sometimes.

I don't think I deserve to be tortured for eternity because I am not convinced god(s) exist.

It's not about acting dumb. Wether you believe in god or not, people can sometimes act dumb.

I would forgive people for that, especially if they change their behaviour and make amends,

God (in some interpretations) will torture you eternally for being intellectually honest with the evidence available to you.

I am more moral than that.

In my opinion theists are completely wrong when saying who should go to hell.
First of all , one of the most important storyes in the bible is that of " Jesus and Magdalena", acording to that story they should never judge others.
I met a monk once , he told us a story , it went something like this:
3 people where on an island , isolated and started to pray to God(without the knowledge of any religion) , after sometime a high priest arrived there with a ship and asked the 3 persones to tell them how they pray , dont remember the exact words but it was something ilogical ,after the priest heard how they were praying sayed that this isn't the correct prayer and told them the one that they should use.
After the priest left the island the 3 people wanted to pray in the way that he taught them but forgot , so they went after him and yelled " Stop, we forghot the prayer", the priest turned and saw them running on water , he sayed " go back to the island because you don't nees my prayer". The second reason why theist shouldn't assume who goes to hell.
