I hear voices in my head all the time. They're made by my brain on purpose, and I call it "thinking". 99% of the time it's my own voice. 1% of the time it's Homer Simpson, or George Carlin or Morgan Freeman or whoever else's voice I feel like hearing in my head at the time when I'm doing my thinking.
