As I said before - the specific issue was made against police. Once someone poses a danger to a cop or the community, action occurs. How the person got to that point is no longer an issue. What do you think cops are supposed to do - ask for a bank statement and let them go if they're poor?

It's so much simpler than that. Our police force can improve by..literally, doing nothing. By -not- shooting someone. No need for bank statements, no need for any action whatsoever.
