Well, if you must know, several of us had decided to give him a second chance as a neighbor. We baked a nice bunt cake and everything. Then we found out he was friends with you and knew he’s a fucking asshole.
Not that it matters now, but that was supposed to have been 'bundt'. Stupid phone.
For the record, I would only make a bunt cake (or any baseball-themed cake) for a neighbor whose decency and friendship was already a given.
