They say those things out of frustration for the most part because they're batting for the losing team.
My questions were rhetorical... They should have not attempted to answer.

I'd rather remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt!
*emphasis mine*

Too late for that buddy, you're the OP, or is that your excuse for not answering my question?

I find that science (where it's proven true) corroborates the scriptures, for example the scriptures stated that time was relative 3000 years ago, science just confirmed it, which is why I challenged any of you atheists to disprove anything in the bible scientifically, and none of you could do it.
https://atheistforums.org/thread-51134-p...pid1641081

The scriptures state that the universe was formed out of the Word of God:
Quote:Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. - Hebrews 11:3

Quote:The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. - Isaiah 40:8

So IF matter/energy were formed out of the Word of God AND the Word of God cannot pass away, then when science states that matter/energy cannot be created or destroyed, it corroborates what the scriptures say does it not?

What I find interesting is an atheist ability to ignore evidence and accept their own version of a "fairy tale" when it's convenient for them to do so.

Take abiogenesis for example.

Life only comes from life, there is absolutely no evidence showing otherwise, if so then show me evidence of where non-life has produce life. If you can't then you make yourself a hypocrite by exercising faith in something for which no evidence exists.

What I find laughable is that you consider the act of a universe created by a supernatural being to be in the realm of magic (just because you don't understand doesn't = magic), yet in your version there was nothing then all of the sudden an explosion created everything, and you'll claim with a straight face that's not magic.

Tell me which is more fantastical... a universe having a creator, or a universe creating itself?

"No one could refute me/the Bible in this linked thread!"

There were 15 pages of refutation. I find the unearned smugness to be the best part of what you do, Huggy.

If that is true, you should have no problem posting a link to one buddy.

1. I don't take orders from you
2. They're all in the thread you linked. Like I said, 15 pages worth

That's what I thought...

Produce evidence of your claims or kindly go sit down somewhere.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

How is that ironic? Evidence being required to support claims is YOUR CRITERIA, not mine...

I'm just holding you to your own standard.

When you deal with atheists you should not really expect too much in terms of evidence.

Most of these guys praise and glorify physical science as the cream of knowledge but when this science contradict them they say..............oh those doctors got it wrong and when you ask them to bring evidence about their claim that the consciousness is a product of the brain they say........oh, is up to you to prove that this is not the case.

Just hopeless.  Shake Fist

Know why atheism has no burden of proof?

It's because atheism isn't trying to prove anything.

How did god do it then?
What was the process it used?
Where did it get the materials?
Where is the evidence for any of the above?

You see, when you try to subject your silly notion to the same level of scrutiny you seem to want of science it falls apart instantly.

Oh and to prove that something did something you also need proof for that thing, got any?

You can create a dream in your mind.
We all can.
However the subject in your dream is unable to do much in terms of creating something itself.

The first law of thermodynamics specify that the total amount of energy in a closed system cannot be created nor destroyed.
Human beings which are the mental creation of God are therefore unable to create something that didn't exist before.
To know how the whole system works we got to go back to the first creator and that is not an easy task.
As our dreams are not the reality also us human are not the real reality because we also are a creation however there is a way to go back to the real reality and to know the first creator.
As a tree create seeds that will turn into trees also God create consciousness in all his creation that will in due time turn in same image of his creator.
This consciousness is like a seed that under the proper condition will transform his creation into the original form of his creator.
Evolution is there to allow all this.  Lightbulb

Atheism however prevent evolution of the consciousness to proceed toward the goal of life.
Atheism just doesn't understand what evolution is all about.  Banging Head On Desk

Forget about atheism and concentrate about what most atheists say you included.

So when YOU say that the consciousness is a product of the brain you don't try to prove anything?

In this case wouldn't be better to say..........I think that .......the consciousness is a product of the brain......blah....blah.....blah?

Do you know what is the difference between a guess and a clear statement?  Bird
