Personally, I am a theist dick. I trust God but, I don't "believe" in Him. The word translated as "faith" means: verb--to trust, noun--what you trust/place confidence in. Blind faith is just that--blind!
I strongly trust that both science and the bible will agree. If the One Who made everything for us to observe, is the same One Who wrote us a book then ultimately, there will be no disagreement unless all, or some, are stupid!
My thing is timelines. I am not a young earth Christian. The bible gives us no timelines so, I go to science. The biblical Adam, Eve, garden thingy was probably more like 50,000 years ago (WAG: Wild Ass Guess) just based on genealogies and the word "son" which means: ancestor of some sort. (the Bishops 6,000 year thingy is lame). The genealogies are focusing on certain people within a genealogy. But, science probably knows when this started and it would be dramatic on the geological record which is written in stone.

Agreed he ignores the trend and tries to hyper focus on one line "So Far"(accept there have been defects even then ). And even ignores the very scientists he's sighting . Who all agree this trend is fatal to the population.(which is a massive defect caused by inbreeding )

Anyway, scientific law and physics are plastic and constantly changing. Nothings proves this more then Maxwell's equations and their aftermath such as Nicola Tesla vs. Einstein. They were contemporizes whom did not see eye to eye on Maxwell's equations.

Science and physics are "Law" only in as much as our observation allows.
They are not laws in a legal sense ... fell free to disregard the eg: law of gravity next you want to go skydiving! lol It's certainly not illegal ... you may even win a Darwinian award...!
