Excellent. I'm currently on "Black Museum" (specifically the part where the doctor's having sex and his wife uses the safeword) and I really think I could very well get down to reviewing Series 4 on Anglotopia the same way I did the previous three series (and the Christmas special). Just as long as Brooker doesn't drop in some kiddie porn like he did for "Shut Up and Dance", causing me to wonder how the fuck I can even write around it.
Honestly, the fact that I've only watched
a single episode of Star Trek (out of the
740 hour-long episodes across seven series; Jesus God, that would be a long binge) may be the biggest stumbling block, but given that A) My take on the characteristically rich
U.S.S. Callister would be long enough without going into the little Star Trek in-jokes, B) The episode seems to be original enough that I can easily get it without having an encyclopedic knowledge of the massive franchise, and C) Jesse "Todd Alquist" Flemons plays the Captain, and he's similar enough to his
Breaking Bad counterpart that I can easily fill in the blank spaces others might fill with
Star Trek comparisons with cracks about
Breaking Bad, which I am far more familiar with.

The last thing she had me watching was an Australian series called Glitch, which wan't bad. The old lady's got decent taste in TV sci-fi, so I guess I'll ask her what the verdict is on Black Mirror so far.
WHILE she's watching it...heh heh.
It's the greatest Sci-Fi series to come into being since
The Twilight Zone.
