Nudity doesn't even imply consent. However . . . in this situation, it definitely could have caused him to think that she meant she was uncomfortable with the mirror shit they were doing when she said it, not with the entire encounter. I likely would have assumed the same thing if dude just kept moving around my apartment naked. However, she could have been wrapped in a blanket. I don't know. A lot of details are missing, obviously.

Here's another hot tip for any guys reading who have "trouble with cues" - just let one girl spend a night naked around you without touching her or even cracking a joke. Word will spread..you'll suddenly find that women are comfortably naked around you.
