With my primary girlfriends testing is a thing . As none primaries it's extremely rare there a total stranger. But yes it's always i thought i have . And try and negate were i can .

I don't consider it a kink . But all i know is in Quebec it's common as grass .

I have yet to have that problem . But if that's there attitude then there is nothing i can do . It's clear this is not for them. And this relationship will not work.

That's what other partners are for.

Never been an issue really for me . But i see how it could be .

Yeah, I've seen jealousy with all of my kink friends. It's not always the same sort, but it's almost worse.

You just got to be cautious who you let in . And not put up with it when something ugly pops up . But also be empathic that for many this is a strange environment and try to be supportive . I know some people who started out with jealousies. But through honesty and working things out have had decade long relationships. It also helps to have other poly couples or groups to work with . I can see how an isolated couple or group might have serious issues thou.

Again for some . Just like any other relationship it all depends on the people involved . For me it's been easy . for some of my friends it's been easy . For others not so much . But that's love.

For me, polyamory is waaaaaay too complicated. The heightened potential for disease (condoms aren't 100% effective y'all. Herpes don't hide behind latex.) is more than enough to steer me away from it. On top of that, there's finding people with the same kinks as you, and sometimes finding out they're just as fucking jealous as monogamous people, so there goes that. Then, there's making sure a bunch of people are fulfilled at once. Oh, and texting from that many people? My best friend has an alternative lifestyle and it's fucking obnoxious how much she's texting. For real, wanna punch her in the tit. She'd like it, though.
I loooooove monogamy. The first crush I had on a boy was when I was 4, and I've wanted a boyfriend for as long as I can remember lol. I just really like having someone, a best friend, to love and take care of... share everything with, etc. I feel like I was seriously born to be a wife and mom.

That’s how I feel about solitude lol
But recently solitude has felt a lot like loneliness.

But what if you found someone you really liked? I mean, don't you want someone there to like cuddle with and share things with?

Of course, which is what I meant to explain in my recent posts in this thread heh
It would be nice, yes. I date and stuff, but I’m just too lazy for all the initial stage stuff lately. It’s getting boring and repetitive. A partner would be nice, if they enjoyed silence as much as I do, and weren’t allergic to cats.
But I rather be single forever than have too much going on. A partnership would only work for me if it was simple and not too complicated. I’m old.
