The details were aired ... only not by him. He had every opportunity in his trial to take the stand if he so desired. For reasons of his own, he deided not to do so, and instead pled guilty.
Would you plead guilty to false charges? Would you air out the details of your own horrid crimes?
You look like an armchair quarterback to me. You've gone from arguing presumption of innocence to his videotaped guilt in, oh, one post ... but still try to rescue your narrative.

Ok, thanks. I watched the entire Jodi Arias trial back in the day. It was facinating.

I don't usually watch cases until clips come out in documentaries. I can't be bothered to watch that much live anything. There's always a lot of shuffling and coughing between the actually relevant bits.

Also, Nassar is indeed under investigation in Texas for practicing medicine without a license. I doubt any charges will arise from it myself, considering that the law makes no exemptions for, say, visiting team doctors, yet none of them have been prosecuted.
