Only the staff has a say about the forum. We act united, making this place PH level balanced to allow everyone a fair discussion, I mean what would be the purpose of this forum then?

Now then, MK when joined was deist. He was insightfull and kind. Something happened then. He changed. He started reciting verses from books and making weird word salads. Heh, I am Portuguese, English isn't my first language, but his arguments make no sense to me.

Therefore allah, god, odin, shiva and the 7 nymphs of the Tagus river.

I disagree on who has a saying in anything -including this forum-; in other words I'm the one in control of my thoughts, and no moderator, forum admin, political leader, king, prince, president...etc, can have a control over what I want.

Hey; it's the gift of freedom in it's core; everybody has a saying. Take that away; and you end up with a dictatorship. And I promise you with a fall sooner or later. Dictators always fall.

About the member; I already shared my intellectual share in this post:

and this:

I know the majority are atheists here. But what I despised; debated; and furthermore spoke against is the explicit lying about the sources, claiming to have a textual-evidence from a book when there is none; and the constant attempts to exploit the rules of this place to force a thought compulsively on others.

I might be wrong, if we considered the definition of what "compulsion" is.
Personally; this is my view. And the forum's moderators are thanked for their efforts in providing a healthy debate space. But without displaying opinions explicitly, and expose whatever we see wrong or without a source; then this place would be like anywhere else.

This forum is not just its moderators. It's its moderators AND members AND their views.

You really don't reflect. Morality in all times can explained in detail, it has to be that way. I said Noah to show it has always been explained in detail. Always. That is part of the argument of God, that nothing of guidance is left out in his holy books with the help of his appointed guides to interpret it. It cannot be some fuzzy vision that it just mixing darkness and light and coming up with their own taste and standards of grey, which are more dark then light, though they always think they are more closer to the light.

The story of Noah is a *myth*. It has almost no connection to reality. To base *any* reasoning on that myth just shows the poverty of your position.

In any case, if you think that "guidance" just has to be clear, nothing left out, nothing ambiguous, nothing patently false..to be from god...then QED your religion is false.

You conclude it but haven't even studied the book thoroughly and don't know anything from the sayings of it's chosen interpreters (Ahlulbayt) except perhaps a few words.

Go study religions before dismissing them all, you may see that God's signs and proofs are everywhere, and the chosen families of the past have a legacy, just as the current reminder and it's family have left an awesome legacy.

It doesn't take more than a cursory study to realize that *all* religions are myth. if you really want to learn how things work, study a bit of math and go learn some science.

Good advice. Go learn some science and stop debating religion.

Stop trying to "prove" shit to people who won't take less than actual evidence. Your "arguments" are convincing to exactly no one who hasn't already drank the kool-aid.

^^^^^^  THIS  ^^^^^^
We tell you over and over and over that no "word salad" in any language, human or otherwise, no philosophy, no witness, no stories, no books, and no rambling walls of text will EVER prove the existence of God.  Provide proof or fuck off.  At the very minimum, any human god-peddler should be able to re-grow amputated limbs, heal terminal illnesses, walk on water and fly.  That would be a tiny little itty bitty start towards proof that some deity might, maybe, exist.

RE: Delicious tasty word Salad.
God favored the oppressed over the oppressors, and if one cannot acknowledge that much, and think might means that God favored the deceivers in a false authority over who they oppress, the name of God he believes is but Satan, Iblis, the Dark enemy, through the sorcery of witches and warlocks, the gathering of humans and jinn, and he doesn't approach God except that it distances him, for God is to be called by his beautiful names like Samuel which means name of God. And the Guide will glorify God in you and be with you in the journey if you give him ear instead of listening to the noise of the dark shadows from Iblis for there is no way to God but through his name, and if we Angels walking about the earth, God would send a Messenger that was an Angel, and appoint us his names as guides as well, so let alone the weak ignorant humans we are, who take the trust of leadership of his name for ourselves while the heavens and earth refused to carry it and feared it. And three are partners, the oppressor, the helper of the oppressors, and the one who watches and does nothing.

"God favored the oppressed over the oppressors," -- that's always an odd assertion because the oppressors usually live very well and the oppressed, well, they tend to die.

"think might means that God favored the deceivers in a false authority over who they oppress, the name of God he believes is but Satan, Iblis, the Dark enemy, through the sorcery of witches and warlocks, the gathering of humans and jinn, and he doesn't approach God except that it distances him,"    -- So, if I translate this into understandable English . . . what you seem to be saying is
that if somebody THINKS that the oppressors are blessed by god, then they actually are naming the devil instead and aren't thinking right

"God is to be called by his beautiful names like Samuel which means name of God"  -- oh yeah, god apparently is really picky about what silly humans call it.  Take its name in vain and BURN forever.  Right.

I can't translate the rest into anything understandable.  It's obviously gibberish.  God does not exist, Satan does not exist, Angels do not exist, and any human that claims to speak for these non-existent fantasies should be locked up in a mental hospital --  UNLESS they can provide these entities, visible, testable, and able to speak for themselves to waiting news organizations.

What you sound like to me:  Bless the name of Santa Claus!  Some poor ignorant humans have been chosen as special Elves, listen to them and follow them!  If you do not follow the Elves, you are being deceived into wrong thinking!  If you follow the teaching of the Elves you will be blessed, and you will go to live with Santa in the North Pole after you die!  I don't understand why you don't understand this!  Everybody knows this!  Why don't you believe me???  WAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

It is circular reasoning to assess the likelihood of what is true by what you already think is likely to be true. Conjecture begets conjecture. And certainty has it's disciplines, for it hates knowing without decisive insight and proof. Escape this trap of Iblis, estimating what is likely to be true by what you already estimate likely to be true.
Good luck everyone.

Stop trying to push our fist into your own face.

The problem persists with lots of humans from the religious institution: if you don't buy into what they say; other means are taken into account.
Just like  telling a kid to take your candy. And then they refuse; you terrorize them into "submission" to what you say.

In other words: "buy into what I say; or I will troll you/bully you/terrorize you/force you to buy".
IDK what they call this act in psychology; but I think it's a mixture of OCD and something else. The tactic is heavily used by religious institutions that fail to attract followers through non compulsive ways.

On the internet; it's "cyber junk" and "trolling" that are usually taking place as the tactic of choice to force people into buying the provided thought.

It happens quite a bit with those that claim no religious institution as well...

Actually, I agree with some of this.
"It is circular reasoning to assess the likelihood of what is true by what you already think is likely to be true."  In other words, our mindset and our beliefs influences all of our assessments of truth. I have family that believes that Jesus is coming for them soon, therefore climate change can't be real, but if it is, who cares?  Of course, most of us here prefer scientific studies and research on climate change . . . those tend to tear down dogma.

"Conjecture begets conjecture. And certainty has it's disciplines, for it hates knowing without decisive insight and proof."  Absolutely.  And if that conjecture is built upon the beach sand castle of religious lies, then the sand castle is built of granite, there is no sea and no tide, and anyone who tries to take a sample of sand is evil.

You have created a rather lovely description of religious dogma and belief.  I might keep it.

The only concern, of course, is that we take sand samples and scream about the tide coming in and you're sitting inside the throne room of the castle marinating in your conjectures.
