How Does This Sound?

How Does This Sound?
I want to put this short story on iTunes as a podcast. Does it sound high quality enough or does it sound homemade?

The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

Awesome description of getting on the bus. I have my hearing still, but it does give one insight even if we cant know like you do.

Hey don't fret about the quality, it sounded great. I think the message could be in print in a book too.

Yep, sounded good to me. Also let me know I take a lot of stuff for granted. Great story.

I'm no expert on these things, but it sounded fine to me. Like one of those audiobooks.
The story was engaging, too.

Wow. Thanks, Brian. I don't mind at all.

Remember me when you make it to the NYT best seller list.

Done, done, and you are worth it.  Cool

I liked it. As far as sound quality, I stopped paying attention a few minutes in. I think it's ready as-is for the mass audience.

If it were just in print, I think the imagery alone sparks the interest. I could picture myself running into a deaf person myself, and doing the same as she described. I can also see in her word choice, that the spark is there, the wanting to live is there, and it shows, in her words too, not just her voice.

Art is in print too. She sounds great in voice too. There is something to be said for print too. I know there are books I have read, that painted pictures in my brain. I think Rhonda is great at both voice and print.

I will say this myself. Many people like some of my poems, some of them are junk. But Rhonda can do both. I'm more of the type that if to be read, I'd rather hear someone else read my stuff aloud. Rhonda is a double threat because she is a far better reader than I am. AND she also writes stories and poetry, whereas I only write poetry.

I loved it, and I do envy her talent.

Oh, that's not me reading. That's my mother. Let me see some of your stuff. We're accepting submissions for the spring issue of our Spoken Word poetry journal. Your poems will be read by a Chicago television and radio personality on my staff. It doesn't have to rhyme.
