How about your route?  Bumpy as hell or smooth ?

I'm 60 and take glucosamine chondroitin, but can't say I'd like to see too many younger folks taking it prematurely.

I haven't really done any modifications to the bike. The handle bars are stock with a kinda inverted v look

How I hold the handlebars:

My grip is a little bit too much towards the end of the handlebars, it's more comfortable for me but a friend told me vibrations are more towards the end if the handlebars. About my route, it's mostly super smooth only a bit of bad road in.certain areas. I think the pain is caused maybe by the vibrations donno for sure tho

This is something I was a bit confused with. Does light exercises help the pain or does it worsen? If some push-ups could get rid of the pain I'd get rid of it in a jiffy

PS It's more muscle pain than joint pain. I know when you use your muscles too much it breaks down but builds up a little but better I think my body doesn't have enough protein to build it back up?

Try light exercise and see how it feels afterwards. I have a knack of my own body, when to push through the pain and when to give it a rest. Right now i'm dealing with my own pain hence giving my body a rest. Its hard to know what someone else's body needs. But try light exercise and see what happens.

Taking rest is a little bit out of the question. Are there any medicines I can take for recovery that you guys know of? I went to the doctor and she gave me four pills trycho, tramadol, calciplex, vitamin b complex with vitamin c. Also told me to get checked for uric acid whatever that is. Anything I can do?

Trust the doctors they have studied and trained to understand the body, and experience through the years gives them even more knowledge.

Your problem seems to be your bike... go buy a car!

And also, listen to your doctor who actually has the qualifications to deal with this kind of stuff, rather than random unqualified individuals on the web.

I wouldn't have faith in online opinions but probably wouldn't have faith in professionals after some of the horrible advice I've been given by professionals in this country, I don't know how the professionals in health care compare to the professionals over here in the UK.  Some of the advice I've been given by NHS professionals include getting more good Christian friends to prevent my smoking (before I'd given up smoking of my own accord) and I was told by a physiotherapist I should keep playing football (soccer) to help my knee, a sport that's notoriously heavy impact and horrible for knees. He told me one good exercise to do that I continued to do on my own but didn't turn up to any more appointments.

Pain in the arm is the vaguest description, it could be joint pain, tendon pain, flesh pain.  I had pain in my wrists after cycling a lot over rough ground, after a few months rest they're OK, but my wrists click and crack a lot anyway.  At the gym I find that hanging on the pull up bar as long as possible helps my shoulder and wrist pain by stretching everything out, it could just be a placebo effect I don't know.  I also take glucosamine but again that could just be a placebo.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

God's the One who gave them their abilities to help people, may have helped then through school, get their jobs to put them in a position to give greater help and who know what else.

Do you actually have scientific proof of these "god given abilities" or is this going to be another one of those "but it's in the bible so it must be true!" sort of things?

If so, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I think you'll be interested in.
