I meant Trump himself told them all to smile at the camera (to make him look good and all). I'm sure Trump didn't need any encouragement to smile at such an inappropriate time.

I've got enough medical issues these days to not be too concerned about who's doing a PR gig at my hospital or not. I appreciate other folks perspective on this, but as long as there's room in the parking lot for my pickup, I don't care who else is there.

I don't care for Trump either but what you just said is that no one in the picture should be smiling labeling all of them as insensitive.  However, you have forgiven everyone, with the exception of Donald and Melania, because you think they might be desensitized from working in a hospital. Searching for another datum of disapproval in ever picture is how it appears.      Everyone smiles in pictures today.     That thumbs up though...
