I do have problems with modern Israel's leadership myself. And ALL three religions, Islam, Jewish and Christianity can't get along because IT IS a stupid battle of entitlement over old mythology and divine entitlement to land.

Technically Hitler didn't personally kill anyone in WWII.  He might have personally killed some Allied troops in WWI.  In WWII Hitler's minions did all of the killing because they treated him as their God, who was to be obeyed in all things great and small.  Americans treated FDR as their God, the English treated Churchill as theirs, and the Russians treated Stalin as theirs.  None of those guys personally killed anyone.  It was their followers, who should have known better, that did all of the killing and raping.  American and English troops burned people alive because their "Gods" told them to do it.  So who was more evil, the people who told them to do it or the people shoe eagerly did the dirty deeds?     For people who supposedly ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil it seems that they only learned evil and not any good.  Anyone at anytime could have easily killed the guys who told them to commit genocide but everyone was to eager to engage in it instead of plugging the one person who suggested that they should go on  a world-wide killing spree.  

Hitler was fighting legitimate domestic enemies who were trying to destroy Germany.   Guys like Woodrow Wilson and FDR who deprived black American citizens of their civil and human rights did it just because they were racist pricks.

This, at least, is interesting.  There was some doubt at the time regarding whether or not Hitler believed his own rhetoric.  I think it was the NYT whose first byline on the thing that would become Fuhrer amounted to as much...but, assuming he completely believed that one wonders why he would have to go and round them up in poland...czechoslovakia, austria, denmark, norway, belgium, the netherlands, great britian, the soviet union.....and italy...... doesn't one?

Agreed, you can be a prick and a human rights abuser without also being genocidal.  I'd be willing to bet that our own fuckers believed (and still believe) their shit as hard as Hitler ever did, though...and a better comparison would have been the systematic destruction of the natives. Hitler didn't just deprive people of their rights, or even limit himself to his own people...those supposed "domestic enemies" above. He had them rounded them up into camps, and deprived of their lives.
