Worse yet are the people who leave the blinker on.  Apparently, these drivers are either so blind that they can't see it flashing, or so deaf they can't hear the clicky noise it's making.

Alternately, I suppose, they could simply be going around the world to the left.

Either way, yes - I'm fed up with idiot drivers as well.

IDK, FGM seems like it might be morally acceptable in certain cultural circumstances, I mean, morality being subjective and all...

but Finland...

You have a point there.

I live in California. Only letting one pulse off the blinkers (or not at all) is because of the tactic called the "California Shitty". The instant that an indication is made that a lane change is planned, the operator of the vehicle who will now have another vehicle in front of them will immediately speed up to stop said lane change. I actually signal for a lane change, slow slightly, and let the shithead zoom on by; then I pull in behind them. I'm not racing in the Indy 500, I just want to get home in one piece.

As to the OP- did you get too much to eat over there at the Last Supper threads? Big Grin

-'Justifications' for: unlimited gun ownership, historical slavery, hitting children.

-FGM, child soldiers, anti-vaxers (these three are more closely aligned than you probably think).

-Excusing psychotic behaviour as 'religious freedom'.

-Dirty public restrooms.

-'No problem' as the replacement phrase for 'you're welcome'.

-Being labelled a murderer because I eat meat.

-Finland.

-People who jabber in the cinema as if it were no different than being at home in front of the telly.

-People who don't hold doors for the person behind them, men who wear hats indoors, and all other general boorishness.

-Arguments over where dogs are better than cats, as if it matters.

-Anyone who is rude to the wait staff without damned good cause.

So go ahead, ask me stuff.  I fucking dare you.

Boru

I am SOOOOOO WITH YOU about dirty restrooms. Public park restrooms and theater restrooms are the worst. I don't see how anyone uses them knowing they wouldn't put up with the mess and smell at home. Seriously public, have some courtesy for the person who will use it after you.
