Did some more checking on the grain goof.
Any outfit with a grain dealers license but isn't a co-operative is converting to become a co-operative, or at least the barest minimum simulacrum of a co-operative that meets the definition.
So, by 12/31/18, (or whatever the applicable date is) any company that wants to be viable in the grain business will be a co-operative.
BTW, the 20% deduction is significant. I did a little math and it will more than offset the property tax fuck up. And the overage will go to my ACA plan. LOL, and once a perk is granted, our congress will catch Holy hell if they try to rescind. With grain prices currently barely a dollar a bushel higher for corn now than they were in 1819 (I am not making this up) the tax break is much needed. It will exceed the cost to the guvmint of the current farm programs administered by the USDA, and significantly, with NO overhead.
They might want to consider keeping the tax goof, and just taking the USDA out of administering their farm controls. It would save a pile.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
