Minn, our current climate YES, far too many at the top use the rest of us for their ATM's and then when the bubble bursts, we bail them out. YES YES YES.

But, I would never claim every rich person thinks like that. There was a time after the Great Depression and WW2 especially when the climate was better at the top, taxes where higher on the rich, and the attitude of taxes been seen as an investment was more the norm.

Rich people also exist in places like Denmark, Finland too, but what they don't have with their rich is the pay gap. Their rich don't have the same "fuck you I got mine" attitude our rich have.

Again Minn, our rich would claim anyone bitching are "stealing" from them.

Taxes are not theft by themselves. Monopolies of power is the issue, not simply the rich existing.

You are not going to end the private sector and I hope you don't think that is possible. The only realistic thing one can do is prevent monopolies of power.

Middle class and poor: Ok, as long as we get a tax cut.
Congress proceeds to cut taxes for the poor and middle class by 10 cents for every dollar it gives to the wealthy.

Stop with the "every one" bullshit.  The problem in this fucking country is income inequality and rich motherfuckers who love it that way.  Sure, you can pick out a few shining examples of altruism but the problem continues to grow and the reason is simple.  These rich fucks worship greed.

I said once that I am not going preface every generalization with disclaimers for those who are not greedy pigs.  They know who they are.  The same way I am not going to preface every generalization about islamic terrorists by citing all the ones who do not blow themselves up and anyone else in range.  I don't have the time to do that and you would lose interest reading it.

I agree, it IS income inequality. I 100% agree.

But when you say "these rich fuckers" are you going to claim our allies without the same inequality see it the same way? 

Our climate here at the top is horrible yes. But our allies who don't have our pay gap don't think the same way.

Yep that is the scam. Get people to vote against their own self interests. Whatever the middle and poor get as far as tax breaks over long periods gets swamped by the long term debt the rich get for their tax breaks. It basically feels good short term but the middle and poor get fucked long term. The greedy assholes who sell this never want to talk in terms of ratios and the debt the rich create.

Instead, MLB has spent $2.6 million over the past two years lobbying Congress, and it looks like very soon they will get their payoff: an exemption to the federal minimum and overtime wage laws.

After failing to even get a vote on it two years ago, Congress has slid the provision into the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill that must be signed by Friday to keep the government open. Buried in the 2,232-page bill is the “Save America’s Pastime Act,” which would basically take away minimum wage rights for minor-league baseball players, making them “apprentices.”

The pricks always have their hands out to grab the public pussy for a few (million) bucks but then they turn around and fuck their own workers out of chump change.
