Pet Photos thread where too much is never enough.

My sister bought a Saint Bernard from a breeder. He got Parvo and almost died.

Oh, he thinks mine is plenty roomy. He even lets me sleep in it once in a while. Dodgy

Mine thinks I'm his pin cushion in bed! (every single day)

If I gently grab his hands to stop him from clawing me, he bites my nose! (every single time)

Weird little fuckers they are.
No God, No fear.

Yeah but we love 'em anyway.

Mine claw me in the face every single morning to get me out of bed but I'm still sad when they don't want to snuggle at night.

Mine only gives these soft little warning bites. It's sweet. The shelter said she was really difficult for them. I think they must have been feeding her the wrong food. lol

Not every story ends happily.  The diagnostic tests came back.  Charlie had distemper and we had to let him go.  The situation was hopeless.

I am in one shitty mood right now because all any breeder has to do... St Bernard, Golden or Dachsund is give them a $20 DHPP shot and Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus are totally preventable.  But the pricks don't bother.

G'night, guys.

I found a kitten in my truck bed one day as I was heading for work. Somebody knew I liked cats. It was beautiful, completely white, but with a tiger's stripes. You couldn't see the strips unless the light hit her just right, then the stripes stood out clearly. The hairs on the stripes were slightly different from the "background" stripes.

I wondered why anyone would give up such a cutie until she started staggering the next day. The vet said it was distemper and I said good by to Ghost. I boiled for weeks after thinking about who would dump a sick kitten instead of doing what needed to be done. Arrgghh
