Pope says in interview that there is no hell.
|
Hell was borrowed from another culture, now it's claimed non-existent (to the extent that that is what the pope actually said, as has been mentioned)? It's all made up, anyway.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

The man who conducted this private interview (which wasn't recorded and there is no transcript of) has made false claims in the past regarding Pope Francis' words, and admitted to it. I highly doubt the Pope said Hell doesn't exist lol. Especially considering he referenced Hell when saying Mafia members run that risk if they don't change their ways. Its kinda weird that the pope would engage in interview with the guy if he is known for lying, but ok. Maybe they're using him to throw shit at the wall and see what the sheeple laity are willing to accept. Kind of hard to believe that the best threat they have in their unholy trinity would be dropped, though.

It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

I thought he'd just ruined most of my favorite South Park episodes.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Maybe the pope is recognizing that hell can't be both a fiery furnace and an outer darkness at the same time and the way out of yet another Bible contradiction is just to eliminate hell altogether ??
Matthew 13 (KJV) 42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 8 (KJV) 12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
