Planet Earth was here long before we came along and will be here long after we Homo sapiens have ceased to exist as a species. The "save the earth" campaigns should actually be called "save humans". When we talk about sustainable environmental practices, we're actually talking about sustaining our own existence, not the planet's.

It's possible for many more species to become extinct, or at least low in number in the next decade.
The silent spring may be a seasonal thing, but it's becoming all too common now, to the point where crops cannot be grown.

The earth could have been turned into a paradise by mankind, with very little disease in all living creatures. But that would have involved living by God's laws, the very principles at the top of natural order.
Since that isn't the case, men will always destroy the earth, including themselves.

The countless errors with the environment have come from plans which were thought to be wiser than nature.
It is the insistence that man is the ultimate source of authority and intelligence that ensues there's no real learning.

The future has been laid out and talked about in detail centuries ago, and those who know it have watched it pan out exactly as predicted, but as the ignorant God haters would have it, they are supposed to be silenced and called delusional, perhaps because the world isn't short of lying nutters who mix up the truth with error.

Humanity is going to become extinct one way or the other, and stopping having kids would in theory be the only way that would be absolutely 100% harmless. The only thing is, it's not realistic, of course. It's literally our strongest instinct.
