I find it the healthiest of all the fast foods (if you need to eat fast food) ... and there's 2 within 3 minutes from home so they're handy to say the least...

I only ever have:

veggie patty
double tasty cheese - toasted on Italian herb bread (12 footer!)
lettuce
tomato
olives
hellop jellop  .....the hot green things
pickles
salt/pepper
south west sauce!

yum!

I'm not sure how vegetarian you are, but an interesting fact about the veggie patty is that it contains egg.  It's listed right there in the ingredients on the box.
