Flatbread with egg white and ham and american cheese or swiss, maybe spinach and/or onion. If no spinach, then lettuce. Sauce of any kind. Maybe bacon.

I get the Italian BMT Salad. It's not that I'm awesome at eating low carb. I have Celiac disease. I wince inside a little every time I see the buns get close to the toppings.

I get olives, yellow and white cheese, onions, the mild yellow peppers. Sometimes cucumbers or maybe pickles, it's been a while.

Usually I get the Red Wine Vinegar Dressing where they mix the vinegar and oil, or the some other thing. It's named after Subway. I can't remember.

I used to like to get the pastrami toasted with pepper jack and all the veggies.

Now I get something 'sensible' like turkey breast, still with pepper jack and all the veggies, add avocado and dash of oil and vinegar. Pretty good in a non-heart attack inducing way.

Three pepper chicken? They don't have that at our Subways, but it sounds delicious.

My favorite is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, with:

Pepper jack cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Banana peppers
and creamy sriracha sauce

toasted.

I do several Subways:

Turkey Breast, Roast Beef, Steak and Cheese, Rotisserie-style chicken, and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (sadly, the Carved turkey seems to be out of season)

However, when it comes to toppings, there's invariably just American cheese and maybe olives (and sometimes, not even the olives). It's my default fast food at this point, whether I've realised I'm running late to work, or I need something just before my writer's group, or if the college I go to has closed the cafeteria before my class (because sometimes, keeping it around for night classes isn't worth it).

Subway is struggling in belgium, i think. By and large; we don't like it.
I don't like it. If it feels like i ate a hamburger, i might as wel opt for The tastier burger. And i can't eat it like a 'smos' (local name for a baguette with raw vegies and mayo and usually cheese and ham), because a smos is much better on all fronts; from feel of freshness to taste to mouthfeel to everything.

I like Subway because it's all fresh and tasty, and I like veggies. Unlike burger places or the more confined fair of typical restaurants.

Checkout the other names. Never heard of half of it... They look a bit junky (processed) if you ask me...
