Doonesbury Trashes Evangelical Hypocrites

RE: Doonesbury Trashes Evangelical Hypocrites
Regardless, all that this proves is that regimes like Stalinism which hold people responsible for thought crimes are immoral. Seeing that Christianity is just such a regime, all you are saying Huggy is that you support an unethical ideology.

Also, while atheistic religions may exist, atheism itself isn’t a religion. This is a classic is-a categorical error that theists always (intentionally) make. Atheism itself is merely the answer to the god question, and how strongly one feels about that answer (the gnostic/agnostic axis). There’s no rites, rituals, hierarchy, doctrine, etc. present within atheism. Any such things are layered on top of it.

Notice how unrefuted the Trudeau cartoon remains at this point in thread ?
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Hard to refute the truth.

Such pliable and flexible dogma. Truly amazing.

I never realized the imprimatur of approval for literally ANYTHING could be granted, en masse, by the God Squad so fast, and for conduct that has been frowned upon for centuries.

Kinda make me wonder what we need Atheist Forums for, the Christers are dismantling/neutering/defanging their faith faster than we ever could on our own.

Yeah, and if men got breast cancer there would already be a cure.

Actually, men can get breast cancer.

Especially hard to refute since the religious folks are still moving further into their error. I suppose if they screeched to a halt and then started to backtrack towards Jesus again it might make it a little easier to find fault with the cartoon.

As it is, Trump's signature turns up on a check to an abortion clinic for 'services rendered' and LOL, the Christer folks are going to jump in ALL THE WAY and make abortion a sacrament of the faith.

Wonder if there are any old fashioned folks in the rear pews just having a total conniption fit about all the changes in Holy Strictures they've seen? I'd ask if any are changing churches, but it wouldn't matter, looks like all the churchy churches love Trump and his unrepentant abominable attitude. No point in changing churches if they all are corrupt.

Atheism has no mandate.
*emphasis mine*

Then according to that logic 'theism" in and of itself has no doctrine.

Can you articulate what theism has mandated?

I have shown that atheist ideologies has been used to oppress people the same as theist ideologies, the difference being that the atheists were far more efficient and unscrupulous with their killing.

God exists.

Of course if He did, He might be a little frustrated with His followers now for giving Trudeau so much material, and He might be zorching some churchy leaders with yaws and goiters.

And then there'd be some proof to trot out to the atheists . . .
