No, in my country we expect people to learn our language. Not the other way around. Though I do think other languages can sound nice. There was one woman in an MMO I played who was disappointed that I only knew english. I said she could talk to me in whatever language she wanted. So she spoke Dutch, and I said it was pretty.

I speak a rather heavily accented and ungrammatical Irish. At that, I speak it much better than I read or write it. I also know just enough Te Reo to get my face slapped.
