The existence of Cosby isn't the question, its whether or not he is guilty of the allegations. According to YOU Damn the evidence, if enough people claim it, it must be true.
That whole spiel about dismissing claims that aren't backed up with evidence just went out the window...

There are so many pointless comments on facebook. People think they know how someone acts if sexually assaulted. No, there's a good chance you wouldn't immediately report things because of the guilt and shame involved, not to mention this is a famous person. I'm sure there's way deeper reasons than that.
People tend to have the mistaken belief that others experience are identical or nearly identical, to their own.
I don't give a good goddamn if Constandt is good looking or not. Who knows what the thought process of a sexual assaulter is.
With how rich he is, he could have found somebody willing to pretend to be asleep or something.

What makes me happy about this is that all those women he preyed on (and I'm sure there were more) finally have the justice system on their side. Officially, what happened to them matters and what he did has been condemned. The fact that he will be punished is less important to me than this. Frankly I'd be content if he personally compensated every victim with an equal share of every thing he owns, keeping just enough aside to pay for senior assisted living in a facility without the option of leaving the premises. Money may not buy you happiness but it can sure pay for a lot of therapy and compensate those whose capacity to make a living was diminished by the distress they have felt about all this.

Eye witness testimony is appropriate in meting out justice. It just isn't enough to establish the existence of the supernatural zone or any of its alleged inhabitants.

IIRC, Cosby effed up in that deposition several years ago. Should have lied about the drugs. Surprised his lawyer let him do that. Bill might have cause to sue his legal team over that, considering what subsequently happened. He most likely paid for top caliber representation and they let him down.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
