Law and order has betrayed me several times over. Even so, I still hold onto my morals because I would rather do what is right and set a good example for my children, despite the wrong that was done to me.

As for whether or not I would remain I would remain moral - if you are asking whether or not I would kill someone for my own survival, I can't honestly answer that. I have never killed anyone and don't know what that feels like.

I suppose if it meant shoving one of my children out of harms way and bearing the brunt of that harm, possibly getting killed in the process, then I don't believe I would be compromising my morals because I would be trying to protect my child. And I would do whatever was necessary achieve that.

All in all, it depends on the scenario. If my children were somewhere safe and all I had to do was worry about myself, I probably would die. Killing just doesn't seem to be an option.

And yeah, I don't commit murder because I AM afraid of the death penalty. That and I obey the laws because Prison Orange isn't my color. I have a list of five people who I would happily off right now if I knew that I could get away with it. So your argument is invalid.

Extraordinary claims demand the highest caliber of evidence to be rationally accepted as true. A motion filed late Friday afternoon says the man, who was elected as Juror 11, said, "I just think he's guilty, so we can all be done and get out of here," during the jury selection process.
Another prospective juror, who was ultimately not selected, says she heard the comment while a small group of jurors were waiting be individually questioned by the judge, the defense says.

Andrea Constand once said she could fabricate sexual assault claims against a celebrity for financial gain, a key defense witness testified Wednesday in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial.

Marguerite Jackson, who worked at Temple University with Constand, told jurors in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania that the two shared a room during a basketball trip to Rhode Island in February 2004. While watching a news report about a celebrity accused of drugging and sexually assaulting someone, Constand said "something similar happened to me," said Jackson, one of several defense witnesses.

"I was like, 'Really, who? When?" Jackson recounted.

"She said 'she wasn't going to say,' and I said, 'Did you report it?'"

Constand said she did not report the claim "because I couldn't prove it," according to Jackson.

After Jackson asked her if it was true a third time, Constand said it was not but she could say it was.

"I could file a civil suit, get that money, quit my job, go back to school, and start a business," Constand said, according to Jackson.

Lawyer Joseph Miller testified at Cosby's trial on in suburban Philadelphia Tuesday that his notes show Kelly Johnson told him the encounter happened in May 1990. Johnson testified on Monday that the alleged assault happened in 1996.
Miller also said that Johnson told him about another encounter with Cosby at his home in 1996, but that she didn't mention any drugging or sexual contact that time. Johnson told jurors the visit happened before Cosby allegedly assaulted her.

“Here was 'America’s Dad' on top of me -- a happily married man with five children,” Dickinson testified in Montgomery County Court in Norristown. “And I remember thinking how wrong it was -- how very, very wrong.”

She told the jury that she passed out during the assault, saying, "It was gross."

Dickinson said she confronted Cosby the day after the alleged assault, but he did not acknowledge it occurred.

"I wanted to hit him," she testified. "I wanted to punch him in the face."

Under cross-examination, Cosby's attorney, Tom Mesereau, confronted Dickinson about her 2002 ghostwritten memoir, "No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel."

Mesereau challenged Dickinson's testimony, pointing out her description of the assault differed wildly from the Lake Tahoe encounter with Cosby she described in her memoir.

Holding up a copy of her book, Mesereau cited passages in which she described rebuffing Cosby’s advances in Lake Tahoe, then “popping two Quaaludes and going to sleep” alone in her own hotel room.

Dickinson acknowledged that she concocted stories in the book in order to get a much-needed paycheck.

You didn’t really answer my question.  Is it your position that sixty women (what he was tried for is not relevant to my question, as it is a fact that he has been accused by sixty women), accross 20 states and one Canadian province, co-conspired to ruin Bill Cosby with interconnected, fabricated accusations that span from 1965 to 2008?  This is what you believe?  How did they coordinate this?  Do you have any evidence of this orchestration?
