According to what? If a person chooses to believe an "extraordinary claim" that's their prerogative.

The criminal justice system however is supposed to afford everyone a fair trial.

Like I said, the trial was a farce.

Funny that you equate parroting what the rest of the mindless sheep are saying to "critical thinking skills".

Funny that you quote someone else saying witness testimony isn't credible (not in those exact words) yet you are NOW using witness testimony to try and make a point.

You can't have it both ways asshole.

No you mental midget, I was pointing out the hypocrisy of LFC's position, I don't have a problem with witness testimony, I have a problem with inconsistent witness testimony. Are you saying you don't?

Awe.. I'd rather be a mental midget any day than a raging asshole like yourself.

You are inconsistent in your quote mining. Please do try to keep up with the little people. We hopped off that word salad train eons ago.

Huggy only has a problem with testimony when it contradicts his preconclusions.

THAT's and example of inconsistency... you'd have no credibility your own self, no wonder why you're triggered.

Quote:A motion filed late Friday afternoon says the man, who was elected as Juror 11, said, "I just think he's guilty, so we can all be done and get out of here," during the jury selection process.
Another prospective juror, who was ultimately not selected, says she heard the comment while a small group of jurors were waiting be individually questioned by the judge, the defense says.

This Juror was clearly not impartial and should of been dismissed by the judge but was not.

Quote:Andrea Constand once said she could fabricate sexual assault claims against a celebrity for financial gain, a key defense witness testified Wednesday in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial.
Quote:Marguerite Jackson, who worked at Temple University with Constand, told jurors in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania that the two shared a room during a basketball trip to Rhode Island in February 2004. While watching a news report about a celebrity accused of drugging and sexually assaulting someone, Constand said "something similar happened to me," said Jackson, one of several defense witnesses.

"I was like, 'Really, who? When?" Jackson recounted.

"She said 'she wasn't going to say,' and I said, 'Did you report it?'"

Constand said she did not report the claim "because I couldn't prove it," according to Jackson.

After Jackson asked her if it was true a third time, Constand said it was not but she could say it was.

"I could file a civil suit, get that money, quit my job, go back to school, and start a business," Constand said, according to Jackson.

Like I said, the trial was a farce.

Funny that you equate parroting what the rest of the mindless sheep are saying to "critical thinking skills".

So, to you, one person’s testimony of something one other person allegedly said is enough to persuade you that almost sixty women co-conspired to ruin Bill Cosby with accusations that span across thirty years?

Ya know, it would be a breath of fresh air if one of our more rational resident theists would call Huggy out on his wack-a-doodle BS once in a while. I know ya’ll are thinking it! (RR and CL, I’m looking at you guys!)

Huggie, if Bill was a different color, would you still think he was innocent?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Huggy, I am not impressed with your extremely lame ability to quote mine people and willingly go against the Prime Directive of this thread. Nothing you have quote mined in this thread has anything to do with its topic. Your desperation to hold onto any shred of humanity you might have had, is cute, but it's also very pathetic.

Grow up and act like a decent human for a change.

Stupid piece of worthless shit quotes crap from years ago like it was yesterday.

Did it ever occur to you that times are different now?

Nope. Probably not. You just keep on being the utterly ridiculous piece of shit that you have always been.

Again, 60 women were not in the trial, it's a money grab plain and simple.

Are you just going to continue to ignore the inconsistent testimony from the accusers?

Quote:A lawyer's notes from a two-decade-old deposition appear to contradict a woman's testimony about when she says Bill Cosby drugged and violated her at a posh Los Angeles hotel bungalow.
Lawyer Joseph Miller testified at Cosby's trial on in suburban Philadelphia Tuesday that his notes show Kelly Johnson told him the encounter happened in May 1990. Johnson testified on Monday that the alleged assault happened in 1996.
Miller also said that Johnson told him about another encounter with Cosby at his home in 1996, but that she didn't mention any drugging or sexual contact that time. Johnson told jurors the visit happened before Cosby allegedly assaulted her.

Quote:In what could be a major blow to the prosecution's sexual assault case against Bill Cosby, a former model and reality TV star admitted on the witness stand Thursday that she fabricated passages in a memoir -- including a story of "rebuffing" the comedian's advances.
Quote:“Here was 'America’s Dad' on top of me -- a happily married man with five children,” Dickinson testified in Montgomery County Court in Norristown. “And I remember thinking how wrong it was -- how very, very wrong.”

She told the jury that she passed out during the assault, saying, "It was gross."

Dickinson said she confronted Cosby the day after the alleged assault, but he did not acknowledge it occurred.

"I wanted to hit him," she testified. "I wanted to punch him in the face."

Under cross-examination, Cosby's attorney, Tom Mesereau, confronted Dickinson about her 2002 ghostwritten memoir, "No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the World's First Supermodel."

Mesereau challenged Dickinson's testimony, pointing out her description of the assault differed wildly from the Lake Tahoe encounter with Cosby she described in her memoir.

Holding up a copy of her book, Mesereau cited passages in which she described rebuffing Cosby’s advances in Lake Tahoe, then “popping two Quaaludes and going to sleep” alone in her own hotel room.

Dickinson acknowledged that she concocted stories in the book in order to get a much-needed paycheck.

You guys think i'm only looking at color and not at the details of the case?

Ask yourself why is a black man the face of hollywood rapist seeing how the "casting couch" is as old as hollywood itself.

Where is Harvey Weinstiens trial?

The judge / politician Roy Moore was straight up sexually assaulting underage girls, where is his trial?

Harvey Milk was having sex with an underage boy, and people here were fine with it because he was gay.

All I'm saying is, the trial was clearly not a fair one and I made the case why...

Are you a pacifist this week, or are you contemplating murder?

RE: Bill Cosby Guilty!

You didn’t really answer my question.  Is it your position that sixty women (what he was tried for is not relevant to my question, as it is a fact that he has been accused by sixty women), accross 20 states and one Canadian province, co-conspired to ruin Bill Cosby with interconnected, fabricated accusations that span from 1965 to 2008?  This is what you believe?  How did they coordinate this?  Do you have any evidence of this orchestration?
