If you're claiming a large amount of accusers = guilty, then where is the indictment on the afore mentioned?

I’m not talking about indictments (and Rev Ryan already addressed this so I’m not sure why you’re asking it again), I’m asking you what you believe.  So, do you believe any of the Weinstein or Roy Moore accusers?  Or, do you think every single one of them is lying to get money?

As someone who's only used the Block User function on Huggy Bear, does it work both ways? Because if it does, that might be why he didn't notice my explanation (and maybe quoting my big post on why Weinstein and Roy Moore are still free may be in order).

If it doesn't, it's just Huggy Bear being Huggy Bear, convincing himself he's got an airtight argument by twisting or ignoring any explanation that makes more sense than his preferred version. And his insistence on doing so makes debate impossible, which is why I blocked him in the first place.

Huggy can think OJ and Cosby are innocent if he wants, I dont really care.

It does seem like racial bias on your part though, Huggy. If everything was the same except they were white, I don't think you'd be defending them.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

I cannot draw a conclusion one way or another WITHOUT SEEING THE EVIDENCE, this is what a trial is for, if the accusers testimony stands up under cross examination and there's corroborating evidence, then I'll believe them.

Innocent till proven guilty is supposed to mean something.

No proof was submitted in the Cosby case, if so what was it? All that was provided was inconsistent testimony, not to mention one of the accusers ADMITTED TO LYING FOR MONEY.

But for some reason you don't care about those "little details"...

Last I checked OJ was acquitted of murder charges, so he is innocent, if you have evidence proving otherwise...let's see it.

That's not what the civil court said. BAM!

Also, it's "not guilty," not "innocent." "Not guilty" generally means that they don't have sufficient evidence to prove the accused is guilty. "Innocent" is a much taller order to fill, which is why it's not used as a verdict.

Recently, I watched the American Crime Story season about O.J. Simpson, and it shows a big part of how he managed to get off: Johnnie Cochran playing to the insecurities of the largely-black jury. Also, of course, the infamous "glove does not fit" moment. There are lots of potential reasons to wonder why they didn't fit (though none are dwelled upon in the series.) Defense says they didn't fit because they didn't fit because they weren't his gloves. Prosecutor Marcia Clarke said that the latex gloves put inside the gloves to avoid contamination fucked up the fit. The Goldmans believe that Nicole's dried blood was on the glove and changed its shape. When I was watching the scene on my iPad, Dad was also there, and he hypothesised that the leather gloves got wet at some point, and thus lost their flexibility and even some size. I found another explanation, and it comes from the defense camp: According to Lawrence Schiller, who had access to O.J. and his Dream Team at the time, O.J. had rheumatoid arthritis, and, apparently, Robert Kardashian discovered that in the weeks prior to the glove demonstration, he stopped taking his medication for it. Nobody can prove jack shit in the case of the gloves, but the DNA evidence at the scene appeared to be a pretty conclusive match.

All these massive conspiracies... how do the conspirators get time to organize it all?

I mean with Cosby, first they have to cobble together plenty of women to level accusations at a beloved television icon who has done them no wrong. They'd also have to find people who've actually met and spent time alone with Cosby that are willing to do this, you know in case people look into it. Then they have to get their stories straight, make sure they can sell the story. And all for what? Why are the women doing it? Fame, you say? How many of them can you name. Go on. I'll be waiting. Surely you can name 5 of them. Was it money then? And what for? Why go after The Jello Pudding Guy? Why not try to go after someone else?

OJ's also clearly guilty. Which is why he wrote the book "IF I DID IT". The guy's hunt for the killer started and ended with him looking in the mirror. Also the conspirators behind framing him did a piss poor job if they couldn't get a guilty verdict. The police mishandled the case, no doubt. But OJ most certainly murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. Just like Casey Anthony killed her daughter, but was found not guilty. I'm sure her searches for chloroform were totally normal.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Conspiracy?

Point out one thing I've said that's not factual.
