A county notary working for the Division Of Motor Vehicles was there to witness the signing. I still think it is funny that a huge ass home, although it can be towed, is regulated by the DMV. I joked with her, "So, does this mean I need to take a road test?"

Do you get hurricanes where you are? If so, are you having it strapped down?

Good question. I do need to check on that. Would be worth the extra money.
Been through a couple since I have been down here, but even in the one I am in now, fared well, no damage, just tree limbs, but even then I am having the trees that hang over this one, which are dying anyway, cut down.

I just realized, that picture is not the exact model, but the kitchen/living room is virtually the same.
I personally know the man who owned that business, I've worked on his heat and air conditioning for years. Buffet owns it now but Jim built it from the ground up, sold it and now owns a bank and uses it to help people. He might be filthy rich but he is a good man and just as common as they come.
