Nope even before those things special interests existed many of who the founding fathers were in league with . Many of whom had influence over the writing of the constitution(plantation owners and rum barons for example)

You seriously need to take your rose tinted goggles off and realize that the constitution was created by the very forces you object to.
The founders were politicians and far from honest ones
Special interests had a say in it's writing (especially those who traded in arms )
Bureaucracy created and influenced it from the beginning
The founding father were among those interested parties
The constitution was as messy dirty and compromised as any modern laws
It's as Otto Von bismarck put it
