"White woman charged with assaulting black teen at pool in South Carolina

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — A white South Carolina woman has been arrested and charged with assaulting a black teen at a community swimming pool.

News outlets report 38-year-old Stephanie Sebby-Strempel of Summerville was arrested Monday and also charged with attacking police officers.

A Dorchester County sheriff's report says Sebby-Strempel is accused of telling a 15-year-old teen and his friends to leave.

The victim told deputies they started to leave Sunday when Sebby-Strempel called them punks and used racial slurs and then hit the teen in the face at least twice.

The report said when deputies went to serve the assault charge warrant, the woman pushed one detective into the wall and bit another on the arm."

That pretty much hits the nail on the head. Like you're basically saying it's ok for someone to shoot you dead because you're not in the mood to be completely and absolutely obedient. Nevermind the times when someone is mentally incapable of doing so, or is trying to do so and still gets shot because they moved too slow or too fast. or made a movement that wasn't exactly what the officer told them to do. Like stopping to hike up your pants while being told to crawl on the ground.

Then came Permit Patty.
Now, a South Carolina woman has been nicknamed Pool Patrol Paula after a widely shared video showed her accosting a black boy and his friends at a neighborhood pool, telling them to “get out” or she would call the police.
“There’s three numbers I could dial: 911. O.K.?” the woman said in the video, which was posted on Facebook on June 24 and was viewed more than a million times in a week. “Get out! Little punks.”
The authorities identified the woman as Stephanie Sebby-Strempel, 38, of Summerville, S.C., according to The News & Observer. The newspaper reported that she told the boy, 15, and his friends that “they did not belong” at the pool, instructed them to leave and hit the teenager in his face and chest.
The teenager had been invited to the private community pool by a friend who lived in the neighborhood, his lawyer, Marvin Pendarvis, said.
