Chicago man charged with hate crime for berating woman over Puerto Rico shirt

A Chicago man has been charged with a felony hate crime after a video that went viral showed him scolding a woman for wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with a Puerto Rican flag as a police officer watched the incident, authorities said on Friday.

Timothy Trybus, 62, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony hate crime, upgrades on previous misdemeanor counts stemming from the incident, said Robert Foley, a spokesman for the Cook County’s State’s Attorney’s Office.

Now, convict him and stick him in the general population in any prison and lets see what happens.

Let this be a lesson in case anyone comes over from Hawaii or Alaska as well. Hell, I have family from Alaska. Although they're quite white, so they're safe.

Charleston nightclub under fire after being busted for whites-only admittance rules

On Friday Deco Nightclub spokesperson released a statement on Facebook saying the company is looking into the allegations and that a few employees have been fired.

“Our management team, partners and employees thank you for your patience and feedback as we continue to improve your experience at Deco,” the statement reads. “We immediately discontinue any type of membership program. All current VIP cards, etc., will no longer be accepted or required as a means of entry for anyone, anytime. We have cut ties with employees who are not aligned with our company’s core values of collaboration, communication, and inclusion; and will continue to seek out new employees to better serve you.”
