There isn't one. I learned that a while ago, the faster other people realize the quicker he'll just stop. He needs an audience.

The difference is evolution is true even if no one “believes” it. MK’s truth depends on browbeating others into believing it. That’s why he is here.

I thought you just said you don’t take science seriously?  Or you meant, only science that disagrees with your preconclusions?

Just as a side note; MK : peer reviews and scientific authority were one upon a time under Muslim authority.
Ever read about the gigantic cannons that Muslims used to bring down the impenetrable walls of Constantinople?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dardanelles_Gun

Great Turkish Bombard was its name. Aside from warfare and the military, Muslims used science heavily to from calculating the movement of the sun for prayer time up until the production of Alcohol for perfumes.

Scientific authority and scientific peer reviews are a double edged weapon -in my opinion- that both Muslims and atheists carry. Science leads to God; IDK what I would've done without the theories of cosmology.

If your faith happens to not make sense; maybe it truly doesn't make sense.
Truth makes sense. But eliminating science from the equation is never the key. Rather it's the beginning of the decline.

I took the myth of evolution seriously for too long LadyForCamus. I realized I did so simply because I was a coward too scared to reflect and see for myself what the truth regarding this matter is. I use to read Creationist arguments and just read the refutations thinking they been refuted.

But I have more courage to perceive truth be it from a an unknown child and reject falsehood be it by the most praised and popular person on earth.

When you begin to perceive, all the signs become manifest, and when things start clicking, everything starts to fall into place.

I'm not sure what scientific peer-reviewed consensus 'leads to God', but whatever. I do agree with this though:

It menifested to me that you will soon see the light and become a suicide bomber.

Scientific authority does not give a flying fuck if you believe it or not, MK.  We certainly do not accept any authority from your stone-age religious shitwits.

I dont care about that peer journalism bullshit

There is no reason to trust any authority in this time where humans are ruled by deceivers

I know what you mean by scientific authority but science does not actually do authority

Science is fundamentally the study of observable phenomena. And it tries to understand both the properties and capabilities of such phenomena through the employment of the scientific method. This is the
most brutal and uncompromising methodology ever devised. It is like that because it is the best way to determine the validity of any testable hypothesis. In science all reputation counts for precisely nothing because it is not remotely interested in that. That is a human concern not a scientific one. It is important here not to confuse science and scientists. Scientists are human and so prone to error and bias even
if unintentional. But science itself is not prone to error or bias for it is only interested in objective truth and nothing else so has no hierarchy or structure as such. It just has a methodology that when applied with absolute rigour can be employed by anyone. Scientist and non scientist alike. And science has absolutely no bias with regard to scientific knowledge because all of it is devoid of subjective interpretation
That is a concern for scientists and humans in general but not science itself. As a discipline it is entirely morally and philosophically neutral

When you say I see it clear as daylight you are referencing an argument from ignorance and invoking Dunning Kruger because you are allowing your subjective interpretation
and lack of relevant knowledge to influence your thinking. What you really mean is that you think you see it clear as daylight but thinking and knowing are not the same thing

Peer review is one of the components of the scientific method. This means it is as far removed from bullshit as it is possible to be. It exists so that specialists in a particular field or branch of science
can critically review the work of other specialists in the same field or branch and eliminate or minimise any bias they may find. You may not care for it but calling it bullshit is the height of ignorance

You say that There is no reason to trust any authority but once again science is a methodology not an authority. It has absolutely no interest in authority. That is a human concern not a scientific one
A MIND IS LIKE A PARACHUTE : IT DOES NOT WORK UNLESS IT IS OPEN

I feel bad for you, buddy.  I really do.  Do you realize you depend on scientific authority every single time you step out of your house? Every time you take a medication, get behind the wheel of a car, order food at a restaurant, or visit a doctor; everything you are learning in school; you’re relying on scientific authority.  How do you explain that?
