Of course this is what she's doing. The woman doesn't give a damn about kids. All she cares about is the money she (and her friends) can make off of them. letting for-profit colleges scam kids out of money. Of course this shouldn't be surprising coming from the Secretary of Education of a guy who ran a scam on college students himself (and had to pay back millions).
These fake universities (you'd think with as much as our fake president loves the word fake, he'd call out fake universities) use advertisements using fake information to trick students into joining with claims they can't back up. Most of these university degrees aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
The woman couldn't answer half the questions in her interview process. She bought her job. Apparently that's all it takes.
