Actually, it's sorta fun to see people get bent out of shape or say "huh?" when they don't get sarcasm.

Sarcasm is incredibly boring without the tags. The sarcasm tags always make sarcasm so much more exciting.

Or even better, end what you say with "NOT!". That's what all the greatest comedians of all time do. It's not funny if you don't make the sarcasm so strikingly obvious that it definitely doesn't suck all the humor and wit out of it. Ever.
