That's because you're a pyromaniac.

No more matches for you!

I’ll make you a deal:

You can keep your scalpel, and I can keep my fuel, matches, lighters, etc., and I won’t burn your house down

....for now

Stop eyeing my house and I won't use my scalpel on you.

I can burn down your neighbor’s house, though, right?

Yeah.

There's plenty of room between our houses.

And I don't like them, anyway.

Basically the gods thought up by the humans of the Earth are too small.

They're human sized.

Quasars, Pulsars, black holes, stars a 1000 times larger than our earth with internal fusion reactions creating the basic elements of what makes us....  and are billions of years older than us... galaxies of them (stars)...clusters of them (galaxies) created by a god?

And yet Yahweh/Jehovah/Allah/Jesus can't find 2 naked apes in a garden, or fight off an attack of enemies in iron chariots?

And wants to clip off the tip off my Johnson?

I used to think this same thing, but honestly, theists will take this and run with it, saying you are just angry at god because you aren't getting your way.

For me - there's no proof that he exists. My own problems aside - he's just not around. He doesn't show his face and if he is real, he wouldn't need earthly messengers to prove his existence.

for me it is simple.

Lack of demonstrable and falsifiable evidence, and reasoned argument to support the claim that gods exist.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

God poses himself as a Magical Mafia Boss, because the consequences of not working for Him will get you tortured. That's madness.
