Not that I'm aware of, but in one of his videos he inadvertently showed his browser favorites and a couple of them weren't exactly Christian family value sites. And normally that wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for the fact that Neph has this holier than thou attitude, specially towards atheists.

If they cannot also act to restrict or punish for where a person goes on the internet, then why does it matter at all that the site sees where you go on the internet? Banking, porn, maybe some video games, forums, etc... if you can't accept what you do online: you shouldn't do it, let alone sue someone for finding out what you can't accept that you do.
