Are other races more evolved than Blacks?

RE: Are other races more evolved than Blacks?
PS: I believe skin colour is mostly a result of the various climates humans found themselves in. The fact that we may have started somewhere where black was an advantageous colour doesn't somehow make it the "default", nor does it give us something in common with the ancestor that later colour changes wouldn't have.

If you consider genetic abnormality to be on par with advanced evolution, certainly.

No. It means all Africans of today are exactly as more evolved relative to Africans of 200,000 years ago as people from anywhere else in the world.

I don’t believe you know what the word evolved really means.

Polar bears are more evolved than black bears. I'm not sure about brown bears.

Giant pandas are just all fucked up. And koalas missed the boat entirely.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

In the context of biological evolution, evolved means responding to gene shift and screened by natural selection.  All people on earth today have undergone exactly 200,000 year’s worth of evolution compare to our common ancestors from 200,000 years ago.   The notion that some people now are more or less evolved may make a satisfying epitaph,  but it is absolutely impossible to be true unless you have a time machine and are able to pluck people from the past or the future and put them into the comparison.

What could be true is while all people have undergone the same amount of evolution, the specific selection pressure some lineages were exposed to differed sufficiently from those of others such that the end result of 200,000 years of evolution is appreciably different by some measure.

Humans are more evolved than bacteria in the sense that they've changed more from the common ancestor (which was probably a prehistoric bacterium).

Changed more with regard to the common ancestor.

Over time, evolution tend to move a population’s characteristics towards better conformance to the demands of its environment, subject to the limits of genetic, biochemical and biomechanical feasibility.   If a population didn’t change appreciably over long time, it doesn’t mean it is therefore somehow more primitive or less evolved.   It actually means it is closer to the ideal and less imperfect for its environment to Start with.

If a population changed a lot in a short time, it doesn’t mean it is therefore more advanced.  It just means either it’s environment is changing rapidly and it is lagging the demands of its changing environment, or it is just maladapted and dying off in droves, thus causing rapid changes to its gene pool.

Define more evolved.
Dying to live, living to die.

Evolution adapts an organism to survive in a given environment.  It does not give a flying fuck about "ancestry."

Have you done any research into the comparison between the genomes of chimpanzees, gorillas etc. as compared to humans. They are genetically very close to us. What about the genomes of humans versus bananas. If you go and find out, you might be surprised at how close we are genetically to them, (ie. we're more banana-like more than you might think).

I'd say that the African race, and other races are pretty well identical, except in some very minor ways. Sure, we might have different skin colours, and facial features, but as a society, we need not give that a rat's patooty of significance. Essentially we're the same.

Evolved is a verb, you can't put more before it.
