I do think that it is good, that she gave the meat to the local people to help them. You read some stories, where people kill the giraffe, and just take the tail leaving the carcass behind. This also makes me question if they are doing so illegally (although I suppose that they could claim they where feeding the local wildlife). I don't think that her individual motives matter, although I think that it can be unhealthy if one has an attitude of killing or causing suffering indiscriminately.
Giving the meat means nothing it sounds like a cover to excuse the act.
I don't know. Maybe you should tell that to the many people who will get to eat a decent meal, when they wouldn't have otherwise had one.
We weren't there when it happened and there's always three sides to every story. It's sad that a giraffe died. But if it was suffering or just really old, then it was put out of its misery and it will be feeding those who need it most.

Personally, Giraffes aren't that interesting to me. That said, if they had done this kind of shit with a vulture (note: of the 16 species of Old World vulture, half are critically endangered, most inhabit Africa, and, unlike the case in India, the vultures in Africa aren't dying off by accident), I would not hesitate in bringing Jesse Custer into this discussion.

Once again it does not excuse the act .Again i don't buy the old suffering story considering hunters have pulled that one before to excuse there acts .Like rebecca francis thou she was caught lying multiple times .

I personally, have no use for anyone who would take pleasure in such a thing. I regard such a person as a defective unit and unworthy of any rights.

It can be both things. Ive never not felt bad when i killed an animal. I talk to them when they;re dead. I dont even like to spray the bugs..but my wife would leave me if I didnt kill the spiders. She knows I have a license for the good shit. I could just eat some business off the shelf, sure...but somebody killed that too.
When I was 8 or 9..I shot a bluejay nest with my daisy, and the mamabird buzzed me. I was so ashamed I shot her too. Great white hunter I am not, lol. Point is....people kill because they have to, and just because.... and the people who kill sometimes feel it harder than any McNugget eater. I havent shot a deer in a decade (or, at least, I havent been the first shooter), but Ive had dozens in my scope in the same time. It;s alot of work, and it;s this whole emotional thing...youre looking at it, all majestic and whatnot, and you;re like..."meh, nah,not you, not today".
