Right. Because U.S. presidents determine grain yields and the relative value of the Ruble.  Dodgy

Then, too, the U.S. stepping away from an imperfect trade agreement in Asia created a vacuum into which Russia happily steps . . .

Is that more of Obama's doing?

Right because Obama decides the wheat yield and the state of the Russian economy and creating economic vacuums due to America's protectionist policies i suppose that's Obama's fault too Dodgy

It's right there guys, from your own source.

Mexico is "turning to cheaper supplies from Russia"  present tense, numbnuts.  As opposed to Russia which surpassed ( past tense ) in 2016.

It's called "English."  Try learning it.

BTW, the reason for that was that Russia had bumper crops in 2016/17.

A trend which started before Trump is continuing during Trump.

It's called comprehension. I doubt you can learn it.

A trend whose continuance is being facilitated by specific, direct and highly inadvisable but spectacularly politically self-serving actions of your fellow baboon trump, actions would have been avoided by anything that were more evolved than a baboon, or even by any baboon that were graced with the ability to occasionally conceive of the concept of “a thing bigger than myself”

There are plenty of good wheat growing areas in European Russia. For most of the last half millennium it was effectively the bread basket of Western Europe (well European Russia and Ukraine).
